Big Time Hunters

I placed an order with the local home improvement store over three months ago for iron gates and iron entry doors. They told me that they would take six to eight weeks to come in when I initially ordered them. At no time did anyone call and say that they would not be in on time or that they were on backorder. I want someone to give me an explanation of why they are not in yet and be truthful about it.

I called again this morning to see if by chance that they had come in and was told that they were not. I asked to speak to the manager once again, who was probably dreading my daily calls but I really do not care. I would love to be able to get into their computer system and punch up my order for the iron gates and iron entry doors and read what it really says.

If the gates and doors are not here by the end of the week, I am cancelling my order and looking for a new company to deal with to get them. My friend at work told me that she knows of a place in the city that has iron gates and iron entry doors in stock that you can take home with you.
