My mom told me that I should write for those funny t shirt companies because I am always coming up with some funny excuse for the stupid things I do. I did not take her serious of course but then came across a way to do what she said and make a little money at the same time. I decided to start my own online business where you could buy cheap t shirts that had funny sayings on them. I had seen many sites like that before, and figured that it could not be that hard. I first came up with about twenty funny t shirts and then looked into having a website designed locally. It was very expensive and I did not know where I was going to get the money to get started. I asked my parents and they said no and then I asked my grandma and she said no. I was so frustrated, here I had a great idea to make these funny t shirts and no one would help me get it off the ground. When my older brother came home from college that year, he helped me with the website and we started selling cheap t shirts together.
