For us realtors, we tend to recommend property owners to contact their own property maintenance company  to increase the chances of their property to be bought in the realty market.  Some of them do it themselves and some of them actually hire property maintenance personnel to do the maintenance. But actually the most effective maintenance is done by professionals. Never mind that you pay a little more than the usual. It increases the value of the property. For prospective buyers, they look closely how the property was maintained.

One property owner recommended me to recommend to other property owners a property maintenance firm he found online.  And that company did a good job on his property. True enough, the ones I recommended to that company had higher rate of a sale rather than the ones who maintained their properties by themselves. So, I am actively recommending this company these days to owners so they can entice prospective to buy their properties. It’s never too late to contact a maintenance company to keep your properties well-maintained. Once maintained, you can be assured of a property sold.
