Case Closed Finally

My uncle was driving a truck when he had the seizure attack. A morbid scene follows after; two men crossing the street and they were struck by a ten-wheeler truck. They were both dead on the spot. It was an ACCIDENT. Who in their mind would want to kill someone intentionally? My uncle who was very concerned and borderline desperate needs to get an auto accident lawyer in Tampa. The families of the deceased wanted to prove that it was a “wrongful death”. Soon they filed a petition that it was Negligence on the part of my Uncle. A few negotiations followed after until they finally brought it to the court. What struck me the most is how well our defender presented this case…Nobody wants to have death in the family. But the lawyer argued that nobody wants to have seizure behind the wheel that claimed two lives. He does not have the will for the attack to happen. It was spontaneous. No wonder he promised us that everything will be all right because for us, it worked out and my uncle’s case was dropped.
