Big Time Hunters

I have been selling old silver coins out of my store for years and have seen a rash lately of people who are willing to sell off their collections. I know that silver and gold are worth more right now, but I am only in the business of buying and selling coins, not buying them to just melt them down. Finding out just how much the people want when they are selling old silver coins is hard to deal with when they are just looking at them for the weight, instead of the actual value.

I have sent many who want to sell coins, to the local jewelry store and even the pawn shop down the street. I think that both of those places are buying by the pound but that is a whole other ball game that I am not willing to get into. Maybe if one of the other stores would offer to give me a cut of selling old silver coins to them, then I would consider working with them. So far, that has not happened and I am not willing to approach them first and tell them all about how people try and sell coins to me about fifty times a day.

The footie pajamas came in that I ordered from the catalog company. I thought that since my daughters are always cold when they get in bed, they might want to have the girls footie pajamas that I found that are really pretty. They certainly do not make footie pajamas like they used to when I was a kid.

When I was a kid, they only had those plain footie pajamas and sometimes they had some for the boys with planets or balls on them. I cannot remember them having any girls pajamas that were really pretty and cool. I know that since my brother and I always fought about who had the better stuff; my mother once bought us matching planet footie pajamas.

I think that my mother thought that it would be easier to put me in boys pajamas than to put my brother in girls pajamas. Although, seeing him in a pink nightgown with a princess on it would have been nice. I really did not mind wearing the planet footie pajamas at all. I liked to do things that my brother did and if it meant looking at our pajamas together and guessing which planet each of them was, then I was happy.

The Scottsdale sand volleyball league that I joined last week is starting practices tomorrow. I guess that they invite everyone to a mixer, to just talk and get to know the other people who will be on your team and the other people who you will be playing against. I like mixers, it just gives you a chance to meet new people and kick back and relax.

I had heard about the Phoenix sports leagues from a newspaper ad that I read and started asking around to see if anyone else had ever joined any of the leagues. I got on the website that listed all the different Phoenix sports leagues that they offered and the Scottsdale sand volleyball league caught my eye since I had played volleyball in college.

I called and set up a time to talk to someone about how long the league was, and how much it cost to join. I was told that they were actually just compiling that information and they would get back to me later that day. They did in fact call me back and I was happy to find out that it did not cost as much as I thought it would and it only lasted for a few months. I wanted to have fun, but did not want to be involved with the Phoenix sports leagues for a year, if it seemed like it would not work out.

The number one rated Raleigh room addition company had agreed to work us into their busy schedule and put on our family room that we have been wanting for a while now. I think that if we had taken out the home equity loan soon, we would not have known about this Raleigh room addition company and hired someone completely different who may or may not have done as good of a job.

I was on the Raleigh company’s website for half the day prior to making the call and was extremely impressed with all of their work. It did not hurt to see that they had done some commercial type work too for some pretty well known companies in the area.

After comparing some of their work to other NC remodeling company sites, it looks as though we got very lucky with finding then and them agreeing to work with us too. If I would have to choose from the other NC remodeling company sites from just their work, it would be very hard to do. Most of them have only done a fraction of the jobs that the Raleigh company has done. I cannot wait till the before and after pictures of our house go up on this site.

I need a website designer Raleigh professional to give me their opinion on the site we just had built from the owner of the company’s son. I know that the kid is pretty computer savvy but the site does look a bit busy and is not that easy to navigate too. I think that his father must have given him a huge list of things to incorporate into it and he just tried to do it all on the first page. I like the fact that it saved us a lot of money but if no one is going to be able to use it then it serves no purpose. I did give the boss the name and number of a website designer Raleigh company that I had heard of before his son started but he told us that we did not need to waist thousands of dollars to get a good site.

I am starting to wonder if my boss sees this site the same way that I do or if just because his son built it, he thinks that it is great. I have linked the new site to some social networking Raleigh services and they all have asked me if we need help in revamping our out of date site. At first, I was offended with the social networking Raleigh services comments but after thinking it through, I understand exactly what they mean. I just do not know how to tell my boss. This is the only reason that I want to bring a professional in since I am not an expert, my boss will not listen to my critiquing of the site.

I found a site online that says they will pay you thirty percent more than most other buyers of gold and diamonds. I was offered seven hundred dollars for some of my old gold rings and bracelets that I do not wear anymore, but thought it was too low, from a local jewelry store. Now, if I can get the seven hundred dollars and then thirty percent on top of that, it may be worth it to sell old jewelry to a company that I have never heard of before.

I am weary of people and companies that I do not know, so more checking into this place will have to be done before I can put all my jewelry into a bag and send it off to them. I suppose since it says they have been dealing with people who selling old jewelry for thirty years, I still need to be sure they are a legit company. I may just end up calling the jewelry store that made the prior offer and let them know that I have been offered thirty percent more to sell old jewelry and see if they can give me that much, or at least meet me in the middle.

When my husband told me we were going to be visiting a kitchen showroom Tampa Bay, I was thrilled. I remember that he told me in the morning, before we both left for work. I was so excited all day thinking that I would be meeting him later in the evening at the kitchen showroom Tampa Bay to start picking out new cabinets and countertops.

When I got to the kitchen showroom, the staff there made me feel very welcome. My husband was running a little late so they just let me walk around a bit before he got there. When my husband finally arrived, we sat down and went over all the features we were looking to have in our new kitchen. I was definitely set on having granite countertop Tampa Bay in my new kitchen. I would not have to keep our guests away from the kitchen anymore; I would be able to invite them in once the renovations were done.

I had to help out our new janitor with her cleaning products closet that had been left unstocked and a huge mess by our last janitor. I had never stepped inside it before today but felt that I could just not leave here there to deal with the problem on her own. I was the one who hired her and told her that all the janitorial products that she would need were located in this very closet, which I truly believed.

After we seemed to clean it up and organize it a bit, we made a list of all the cleaning products that we thought we would need for the next few weeks. I gave her permission to drive over to the local grocery store and buy it all with my credit card.

I knew that we had used a big janitorial products company in the past that delivered but we did not have time to find out who they were, place the order and then wait for it all to be delivered. We would go that route next month but for now we just needed to stock up on things to make my new janitors life much easier. I have a feeling that this new janitor is going to work out and handle everything much better than our last one.

I was tired of having the discount office furniture store send us the bill for our west coast store. I do not know how they get corporate to approve all of their purchases because we certainly do not get our requests approved all the time. I know that we all use the same office supply store and those bills never get sent to us so I decided to do some investigating.

I called and talked to a manager at the discount office furniture store and he said that the gentleman who places the orders for the furniture all the time, has us ship to him, but requested that we get sent the bill with our address on it. I knew then that he was pulling something and making it look as though we were the ones who were ordering stuff all the time and corporate would just pay it instead of taking the time to question it all. It would explain why they turn down a lot of our purchase requests. They already think that between our essential office supply bill that we are taking advantage and ordering new furniture all the time too. We have been asking for a new copy machine for a year now and they told us that the money is just not in the budget.

I was shocked when the lady who we called to set up a portfolio refused to work with us. She asked my wife a lot of questions including if we had life insurance or not and if we had at least a six month reserve put away, in case one of us lost our jobs. We knew that we should do that but just thought that we were fine for now.

I immediately called an insurance agent to have some affordable life insurance quotes faxed over and then we went through and set up a budget so that we could save that six month reserve in no time. We knew that the affordable life insurance quotes would be much easier than working on a budget. It took us just two hours to get the budget half way completed.

When the life insurance quotes were finally sent, we found that no medical exam life insurance seemed like it would work for us and that way, we could get it set up easier and quicker. Our plan to have the budget done and the no medical exam life insurance in place was working. We estimated that it would take us about eight months to get a six month reserve set aside and then we would call the lady about the portfolio again.
